BBQ & Catering Services
Many guests enjoy a BBQ or meal at home, but like most of us don’t want to cook it! Why not allow a professional chef to do it for you. Using the services of Marina Restaurant, a BBQ or menu of your choice will be prepared, cooked and served at your villa. All tableware is provided as well as clearing up afterwards. BBQ prices start from £35 per head.

- Stuffed vine Leaves
- Haydari (garlic and mint yoghurt dip)
- Saksuka (Aubergine, tomato, potato)
- Potato Salad
- Lamb Shish
- Chicken Shish
- Sirloin Steak
- Aubergine & minced meat kebab, cooked on the skewer
- Adana (slightly hot) Kebab (lamb or beef mince mixed with spices cooked on a skewer)
- Beyti (lamb mince, mixed with finely chopped garlic and parsley, cooked on a skewer)
- Baklava for dessert
