Ground Floor
On the entrance level is the twin bedroom, double bedroom and separate shower room with stairs to the upper floor.

First Floor
The upper floor has a further shower room and master double bedroom with sloping roof. The open plan lounge has an extra large TV and fully stocked kitchen, including water cooler and blender. Plus it gets sun all day so is lovely and light.

Although the apartment is at the top of the building, due to the slope of the land there are around 10 steps to the apartment door.
