Fabio Apartment with own pool is a luxury 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. Part of the Ekin Apartment Complex, Fabio is the largest of the four apartments with fantastic facilities for you to enjoy.The apartment is an upside down duplex so all bedrooms are located on the lower level which tends to keep them cooler, and all have patio doors which lead out onto the peaceful and shaded courtyard garden, with an ottoman style seating area and handy fridge. Location wise it is central, and a flat walk into town which is just a short distance away of around 5-10 minutes.

Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan living space, with comfortable seating, a television and a DVD player in the lounge area, and a dining space with table and chairs seating 6. The kitchen contains a cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Large patio doors lead onto a spacious terrace area with comfortable sun-loungers, seating, and partial sea views.

Lower Ground Floor
Steps lead you down to the 3 bedrooms. Each of the 2 king-size bedrooms have en-suites and the twin bedroom has the use of the main bathroom so in effect all bedrooms have their own bathroom. All the bathrooms are travertine tiled and furnished with high quality fittings. There is a lovely courtyard area off the bedrooms on the lower level which provide shade and tranquility.

The private pool is approximately 8 x 4 mtrs with a constant depth of 1.25 mtrs and the poolside terrace offers an attractive shaded pergola with comfortable rattan seating and a dining table for poolside dining, together with BBQ. Sun beds, parasols and bean bags are also provided for your comfort and convenience around the pool terrace area.
