Gabriella – Elvina Apartments

Gabriella Apartment is a 2-bedroom, penthouse apartment on the popular Elvina Complex in Ortaalan. With arguably some of the best views in Kalkan, this is a great place to base yourself for a relaxing holiday. It’s roughly a 15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

The generous communal terraces wrap around what must be the largest pool in Kalkan at a massive 46m long! So there’s always plenty of space to swim. Gabriella itself has a wonderful sea view balcony off the lounge, plus an even better roof terrace balcony off the bedroom. The views are simply stunning, and you get the sun from early morning right through the day.

Entrance Floor

From the communal walkway, Gabriella is accessed from a flight of steps up to the entrance level. Upon entering you are led into the spacious open plan living areas. With large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, the sun streams through making the apartment light and airy. There is also a shower room on this level.

The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s a dining table with 4 chairs, whilst the front of the apartment is the lounge area with L-shaped comfortable sofa, TV, air-conditioning and dual aspect sea view windows. The glass doors open onto the lovely L-shaped balcony overlooking the pool and superb sea views. There’s a table and 4 chairs for al-fresco dining, plus a small table and two chairs for that early morning cuppa watching the sun rise over the far mountain. The lounge sofa would be suitable for a small child, allowing 5 people to stay in the apartment.

First Floor

The twin bedroom is at the back of the apartment and benefits from having use of a separate shower room located at the top of the stairs. The front facing double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and opens out onto a wonderful sea view large balcony terrace. There are two comfy chairs so you can just sit and relax with a sundowner before retiring for the evening. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Elvina Apartment Complex boasts a massive 46m long communal pool, and sunbathing terrace with sunbeds. The Gabriella apartment itself has a sea view roof terrace balcony off the double bedroom, and another sea view terrace balcony off the lounge.
