The outside areas provide a high degree of privacy from the neighbouring Rhapsody hotel and full privacy from the next door apartment.
Ground Floor
Upon entering the apartment, you are straight in to the open plan living area. There is a WC next to the front door, then the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a juicer, cafetiere, water cooler, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and built-in dishwasher. The washing machine is on the upstairs landing tucked away.
A dining area with table and 6 chairs is off the lounge area. The lounge itself has a wonderful aspect overlooking the pool and terrace, both to the side and front. With an L-shape sofa, TV with DVD player and air-conditioning, the lounge provides a comfortable space after a day of sunshine.
First Floor
Upstairs, the small landing houses the water boiler and washing machine. To the front of the apartment is the double en-suite air-conditioned bedroom. To the back is the twin en-suite air-conditioned bedroom. Both bedrooms share a long L-shaped balcony, with the front bedroom having a limited sea view.

Bedroom 2 – Twin en-suite shower-room, air-conditioning, sharing the balcony with bedroom 1.

Leylek Apartment benefits from having its own private pool (5.5m x 3.5m approx.) with Roman steps, plus the use of the much large communal pool with sunbeds. The small terrace has 2 sunbeds, a parasol and for al-fresco dining a brick built-BBQ. There is also a table and 4 chairs. The outside areas provide a high degree of privacy from neighbouring properties.
