Manzara Suite is a compact luxury penthouse apartment in central Kalkan. Migros Supermarket is just around the corner from the apartment, and several eateries, banks and shops are within an easy 5 – 10 minutes walk. The perfect location as a base for exploring Kalkan and the surrounding areas.

Entrance Floor – Manzara Suite

The entrance is up one flight of steps from the road, on the first floor of the building. On entering you will find a vibrant, contemporary open plan living area with adjacent kitchen, dining and seating areas.

The kitchen is an elegant and compact, monochrome space, equipped with oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and toasted sandwich maker.

The dining table with seating for four is between the kitchen and lounge areas, and makes use of accessories in bold colours to really set it off.

The lounge hits vivid high notes with a tasteful colour palette. It includes an L-shaped sofa with coffee table and flat screen tv. Large double glass doors give a sea view and open onto a furnished sea view balcony to the front of the property.

Next to the kitchen/diner area, another set of glass doors leading onto a balcony which has oblique sea views and overlooks a children’s playground.

The first of the two bedrooms is also on this floor. A twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The room is air-conditioned, as in fact is the entire apartment, and there is complimentary wi-fi internet throughout too.

A staircase from the lounge area leads up directly into the large master double bedroom with gently sloping roof and ensuite shower room. Once again this room includes some clever splashes of vibrant colour set against a clean, modern design. It has a large flat screen TV, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a large mirror glass window over the bed into the en-suite and bistro style set of table & chairs.

With panoramic sea views from the full-height double sliding glazed doors, and an additional window looking straight out over the private plunge pool this space is bathed in light all day. The double doors open directly onto the roof terrace.
