Mercan Apartment – Bright, Charming 2 Bedroom in Kiziltas

Mercan Apartment is a well equipped 2 bedroom apartment which successfully offers a modern nod to ‘traditional charm’, giving it a wonderfully warm, welcoming feel. It sits as the middle apartment in a block of three on the Begonvil Complex in Kiziltas. Living Area – Mercan Apartment

The main entrance door opens directly into the bright, cheery living area which comprises a kitchen, breakfast bar and comfortable sofas.

The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for an apartment of this size, and uses the space very cleverly. Appliances include hob, oven, microwave & fridge-freezer as well as kettle, toaster and of course the full range of crockery, cutlery and pots/pans/utensils needed for creating your own Turkish culinary masterpieces.

Sitting between the kitchen and sitting room areas is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. Beyond this is a comfortable sitting room area with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, smart flatscreen TV and a well stocked book shelf. Large French doors & additional windows allow in light and sunshine, really setting off the bright furnishings against the very natural and neutral decor.

The apartment has air-conditioning throughout for guest comfort, a washing machine and the added convenience of complimentary wi-fi internet.

Bedrooms – Mercan Apartment

The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, both done in cooling neutral tones and natural woods, perfectly done for a sleeping space:

Bedroom 1. Master with a kingsize double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table. A door leads directly to the lounge balcony, and French doors give access to a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 2. A twin room, with 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet and French doors with Juliet balcony overlooking the pool down below.

Bathroom: Both bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom, which has a large walk-in rainfall shower, basin, WC all sitting in a bright modern marble effect finish.

Outside – Mercan Apartment

Mercan Apartment boasts more outdoor space than one might expect. It has a beautiful lounge width balcony area, furnished with table and chairs. The living room and master bedroom have full access onto this balcony, it’s the perfect spot to sit enjoying a sundowner as the skies turn golden-red at sunset.

Round the front of the apartment is a further shaded terrace area which the main door opens onto. Here there is a dining table with seating for up to 6 people, plus a BBQ for some alfresco cooking. There are also 2 comfortable loungers and small table to just sit and relax with a good book.

Last but by no means least, there is of course the swimming pool. Shared between the 3 apartments in this block, it never gets too busy and offers apartment guests a place for a cooling dip and just sitting by the pool soaking up the suns rays.
