Olympos 11 Apartment

Olympos 11 is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, on a quiet complex in the prestigious area of Komurluk. The panoramic views from the large private balcony are simply stunning! The location is fantastic – very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk on the flat to the Old Town, and a local supermarket. Palm Beach Club and Zest Beach Club are right on your doorstep.

The apartment will accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably, is fully air conditioned, and has free Wifi, and a safe. Ample parking is available on the street outside the complex.

The accommodation is all on one level, and comprises:

Hallway

There is a small hallway on entering the apartment, with a large cupboard (useful for bags, shoes etc) plus a chest of drawers. The other rooms all lead off the hallway.

Lounge/Kitchen

The open plan lounge/kitchen is light, bright and airy thanks to the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The lounge area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV & TV unit. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine and kettle. There is also a water cooler. Off the lounge area is a fabulous sea view terrace with table, 4 chairs for outside eating, plus 2 sunbeds.

There are 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom with Juliet balcony, and a twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a good size, marble tiled family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with Juliet balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan and air con.
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air con.

Outside

The Olympos complex has a lovely shared pool, with spacious sun-bathing terraces, and is only a 5 minute walk (on the flat) to the centre of Kalkan and the Old Town. There is a gate at the bottom of the pool area, from where it is only a couple of minutes’ walk to Palm Beach club, which has great facilities, and from where you can also take a water taxi to the harbour. The apartment block also has a large shared roof terrace area which has almost 360 degree panoramic view of the bay and mountains.

Please note – to access the apartment, there is one flight of steps down to enter the complex, and another short flight of steps up to the front door, so this property may not be suitable for guests with impaired mobility.

A welcome pack, plus pool and bath towels are provided. There is a management team who are on hand to help guests. A mid stay clean and linen/towel change will be arranged for guests staying for 10 nights or longer.
