Serena Apartment is a spacious, modern, 3 bedroom luxury duplex apartment, with a large private swimming pool and terrace, sleeping up to 7 guests.  It is located in a peaceful but central area in the Ekin apartments, just a 5-10 minute walk into the Kalkan old town with its many excellent restaurants and picturesque harbour and beach.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room design. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a large corner style leather sofa,& matching tables, flat screen TV (with satellite TV) and DVD Player.

The kitchen is of high standard and includes black granite worktops with breakfast bar and bar stools, water cooler, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

Lower Ground Floor

The 3 bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. All bedrooms have french windows leading out to the private patio area outside, and all three have hairdryers.
