The apartment benefits from a spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area, and has beautiful wooden ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen features an integrated electric oven & microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, water cooler, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table with seating for 4 guests.

The lounge area has an L-shaped sofa offering plenty of comfortable seating, with a 49” Smart TV and music system. There is also a fireplace in the lounge.

There is a balcony off the living room which has a dining table and seating for 4 guests with wonderful sea views over Kalkan.

The spacious master bedroom features a king size 4 poster bed with canopy and curtains, TV and a garden view. The en-suite has a rain forest shower and jacuzzi bath, the washing machine can also be found in the en-suite.

There is also the luxury of an indoor pool/Jacuzzi area attached to the master bedroom, which measures 2 x 4m, depth 0.9m and is complete with turbo massage jets.

Twin Bedroom – Suite La Mer

The twin bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a super king size bed on request. This room also has a rain forest shower and jacuzzi bath in the en-suite, and a TV and fantastic view over Kalkan from the bedroom.

There is private car parking space, and we would suggest a car is essential due to the location of this property. The apartment is approached by several descending steps which may be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. A separate outdoor children’s play area can be found at the common area.
