Swallows Nest Apartment is accessed by a gentle slope into the apartment on the first floor and has a light, bright open plan lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains an electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, UK toaster and water cooler. There is a dining table with seating for 8 guests with a view over the pool terrace.
The comfortable lounge area includes a large L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace. There is a selection of games and books, and a Bluetooth speaker.
On this level the first double bedroom can be found and a separate shower room with WC is just next door. A cupboard with iron and ironing board is also on this level.
Ground Floor – Swallows Nest Apartment
Stairs lead down to the ground floor where there is a utility cupboard containing a washing machine.
There is a large en-suite master bedroom with a super king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space with dressing area, and glass doors leading into the en-suite. This bedroom has sliding doors which open onto a large games area. From here there are steps which lead up to the pool area.
On this level there is a further en-suite twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space and dressing area. There are sliding doors opening onto a relaxing garden area with seating, and stairs leading up to the pool terrace.
Accessed through this bedroom, via a lobby with its own access to the games area, is a large light and airy en-suite double bedroom with super king size bed, large wardrobe and the added bonus of a well equipped kitchenette which includes a breakfast bar, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Swallows Nest Apartment really benefits from its amount of outdoor space with 2 private areas on the ground floor and a spacious pool terrace on the first floor. The pool terrace has a lovely shady dining area under a covered pergola which is found at one end for alfresco dining, and an electric awning over the sliding doors entrance to the living area for further shade., The private pool measures 4 x 7m and is 1.40m deep. The pool terrace also includes a rain shower, barbeque, sunbeds, side tables, parasols and a swing chair to soak up the Kalkan sun.
One of the ground floor areas is a large games area where there is equipment available for either table tennis or badminton.
