Villa Arden Ege adjacent to the Likya Residence Hotel is in a great central and much sought after location, with only a few minutes’ flat walk to the centre of town. The villa is also perfectly situated for the local shops. No taxis are required.
From the outside, Villa Arden Ege is in an elevated position with the views stretching out towards the harbour and mountains, and has splendid sea views.
The villa is large and spacious, and easily accommodates 10 people in five bedrooms spread over the three floors. NB.As there are open tread stairs to the bedroom levels without a handrail, the villa is not suitable for young children.
Ground Floor – Villa Arden Ege
The ground floor is laid to open plan living areas, with an L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The modern kitchen includes all the appliances you would need for an enjoyable stay, such as dishwasher, fridge-freeze, cooker and hob. There is also a dining table with chairs to seat 10. From the living area the sliding floor to ceiling doors open directly onto the pool terrace.
For anyone with mobility issues, conveniently there is a twin en-suite bedroom on the ground floor which also has access directly to the pool terrace.
There is a ground floor WC which houses the washing machine and for guest comfort and convenience, the villa is air-conditioned throughout and has complimentary wi-fi.
First Floor – Villa Arden Ege
Dedicated to two double en-suite bedrooms, one with a bath and shower, one with a shower only. Both have furnished balconies and sea views.
Second Floor – Villa Arden Ege
Identical to the first floor layout, are two further double en-suite bedrooms, one with a bath and shower, one with a shower only. Both with furnished balconies and sea views. There is a landing on this level with access to a roof terrace. One of the bedrooms can also access the terrace from their bedroom.

Outside – Villa Arden Ege
Furnished with 10 sunloungers and parasols, the terraces include an unusual shaped pool with adjacent jacuzzi, which can be heated (extra charge applies). There are bean bag comfort chairs to relax in too.
Additionally there is a dining area for al-fresco eating big enough to seat 10 people. A BBQ is provided if you fancy some outdoor cooking. Pool towels are provided.
