Like all of the beautiful Braunis Horio villas, it’s outside that never fails to delight, with a large terrace with shaded dining area and built-in barbecue, comfy seating and sun loungers, and the enticing infinity pool, it really is a magical spot to enjoy the outstanding views over the Ionian sea and over the bay to the impressive castle of Assos. 

If you can bear to leave the romantic confines of Villa Art, the picturesque village of Assos with its charming selection of tavernas is just a short stroll downhill from the villa.  Early booking is highly recommended at this magnificent villa as it gets snapped up quickly!

The entrance takes you into the open-plan villa, which boasts a kitchen, lounge, dining and bedroom area, and separate bathroom. 

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1 – The double bedroom is part of the open-plan style of the villa. 

Outside 

On the terrace, you will find a built-in barbecue, private infinity pool with panoramic sea views, double day bed and sun loungers. 

There is private access to the sea from the villa, winding down the hillside through the herb garden to a rock platform where you can swim from.
