Villa Asya is a stylish 2-bedroom villa nestled in the hillside of Islamlar village, overlooking a view straight down the stunning rural valley, approximately 6-7 km from the popular resort town of Kalkan. Decorated in a contemporary style, everything has been thought of to maximise guests’ enjoyment, including a large garden and play area.
Entrance to the villa is through an enclosed garden area, an ideal place for more active holidaymakers to spend time, but there is also a hammock and bean bags here for those who prefer to spectate!
A short flight of steps leads up to the villa entrance. The accommodation is furnished in a contemporary style and comprises of an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area which opens directly onto the spacious pool terrace. Adjacent to this are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
There is one double and one twin bedroom, which have direct access to the pool terrace. The double bedroom also has a magnificent jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is conveniently located approximately 500 metres away from the nearest grocer’s shops and restaurant.
Living Area – Villa Asya
The villa’s living area comprises of a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with full-length glazing to maximise views of the pool terrace and beyond. The lounge is furnished with two large sofas, coffee table and large flat screen smart television.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances, including: oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is a kitchen island with integral dining area for four guests.
The villa benefits from a Wi-Fi internet connection and air-conditioning throughout.
Bedrooms – Villa Asya
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom accessed from the lounge area, this large bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace, a large double bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen television, single sofa bed, and luxurious double jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2: Accessed from the lounge area, this bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and has direct access to the pool terrace.
Outdoors – Villa Asya
The exterior areas of Villa Asya are generous and the real highlight of this property. The entrance to the villa is through an enclosed garden area, which is equipped with play equipment including goal posts, table tennis, basketball net, and trampoline. It is an ideal place for more active holidaymakers to spend time, but there is also a hammock and bean bags here for those who prefer a more relaxed time!
To the front of the villa is a large infinity pool with roman steps leading into it (no handrail) and is some 13 x 4 metres with a depth of 1.6 metres. The pool looks out across the breath-taking Islamlar valley below and is already very private. However, for complete privacy for more conservative guests, it can be made completely private by means of a retractable curtain system.
On the pool terrace there are two standard sun loungers, two extra-large sunbathing platforms within a shallow area of the pool, two large parasols, an alfresco dining area for 4 with adjacent brick-built BBQ, a comfortable seating area, swing and table football.
