Villa Ates – Gorgeous 4 Bedroom Villa in Kisla

Located in the Kışla area of Kalkan, Villa Ateş is a 4 bedroom villa with capacity to host 8 persons. It has its own private pool with nice views of the Kalkan Bay and Harbour. New for the 2022 season, the terrace will be offering an outdoor bar, a jacuzzi and living spaces in the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset. The villa itself is very close to the sea, and just a few minutes walk to Kalkan Beach Club and Jojo Beach Club.

Ground Floor – Villa Ates

The living areas on the ground floor of Villa Ates, are open plan, and with large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors let the sun and light flood in. In the lounge area is an L-shaped sofa, flat screen smart tv with Netflix (own account required), playstation, wifi and is air-conditioned.

There is a further sitting area off the main lounge with card and board games to keep you further entertained.

The kitchen is modern with all the appliances you would expect, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave. A dining table and chairs to seat 8 people is also provided and overlooks the pool.
Conveniently, the twin bedroom and a double bedroom are located at the rear of the villa, on the ground floor.

The first floor is dedicated to two of the double bedrooms, both of which have sea view balconies.

Roof Top – Villa Ates

The stunning roof terrace has an outdoor bar, a jacuzzi hottub, comfortable seating and sun loungers. Best of all, are the panoramic views of the beautiful turquoise water of Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset.

Accessed from the lounge and kitchen areas, the outside terrace has a private pool which is 7m x 3m x 1.6m deep. Around it are 6 sun-beds, 2 parasols, a dining table and 8 chairs, charcoal BBQ and to keep you further entertained, a table-tennis table.
