Villa Colossea is a superlative 6 bedroom villa, located in the Kisla Bay district of Kalkan. With its breathtaking panoramic sea views and luxurious accommodation, it offers a magnificent holiday location for large groups of friends or families.
The villa is located in an elevated position, is approximately 5 minutes drive and 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan. There are several excellent beach clubs located literally a few minutes walk from the villa, which offer sunbathing and restaurant facilities, plus water taxis to Kalkan harbour.
Villa Colossea is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary style and can accommodate a total of 12 guests in its six bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy the villas Turkish bath, sauna and gym/games room.
Ground floor – Villa Colossea
The ground floor is reached by a flight of steps which lead directly onto the pool terrace, with its spectacular views across the bay to Old Kalkan.
There is a spacious open plan lounge with an L-shaped sofa located to maximise enjoyment of the panoramic views, and indoor dining table for 6, and flat screen television. Adjacent to here is a modern well-equipped kitchen, with toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and water cooler.
The Turkish bath, sauna and cloakroom for communal use are also located at this level, as is the 1st bedroom, which has a separate entrance altogether from the outside.
A staircase leads from here to a small gym room with treadmill, exercise bike, weights and table football. There is a water cooler here too for guests to quench the thirst they may have worked up.

This floor hosts two double en-suite bedrooms which share an interconnecting sea view balcony.

This floor also hosts two double en-suite bedrooms with an interconnecting sea view balcony.
Top Floor – Villa Colossea
This floor hosts a twin en-suite bedroom, with access to the glorious roof terrace , which has sunbeds and a small table and chairs groups to allow guests to soak up the breath-taking views.

This superb outdoor space is an ideal location to enjoy the panoramic view of the Bay and Kalkan Old Town. It is equipped with a comfortable seating area for 5, a swing, 5 sunbeds, 3 large umbrellas and a dining area for 8, with an adjacent stone-built BBQ.
The distinctive corner pool, with roman steps access, is some 6 x 6 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.6 metres.
