Villa Dolluca is an attractive and well-presented detached property in a quiet and elevated position offering truly breathtaking views of picturesque Kalkan village and of the surrounding Taurus mountains.
The villa is 5 minutes’ drive from Kalkan’s village centre and is within easy reach of the region’s many historical sites and areas of natural beauty.
Set over two floors, the villa can accommodate 4 – 6 guests (the 5th and 6th guests, if applicable, would be accommodated on additional beds added to the master bedroom, or on the two single-sized sofa/day beds in the living area).
The owners use the villa as their winter home, so as a result, the property has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa. The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area.
First Floor
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a spacious balcony. This features a comfortable seating area with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a sundowner before heading out to dinner.
Villa Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite bedroom, air-conditioned, spacious sea view balcony
Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, air-conditioned, spacious sea view balcony. There is a further shower room on this floor for use by this bedroom.
Outside
The villa has a good-sized pool (7m x 4m approx.) with Roman steps allowing easy descent into the pool. The terrace area extends to incorporate a decked platform with comfortable seating and stunning sea views. This also overlooks a well-established garden, planted with lemon, orange and mandarin trees.
Also on the terrace, is an al-fresco dining area plus a shaded gazebo which is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with a book and a glass of wine. There is also a stone built BBQ.
Villa Notes
The villa is accessed by several descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems.
Owing to the location of this villa, we would recommend car hire. Taxis are readily available if preferred.
