Villa Everes is located in the quiet and peaceful region of Kışla and offers breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and the mountains. There is an infinity pool that looks down on the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean and the villa is arranged over 3 floors of modern architecture & contemporary style decor that is designed to host guests all year round.

Villa Everes has 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests and both the poolside and upper floors offer plenty of outdoor space with unique sea views. These views are best enjoyed by upper bedrooms and their private-use balcony/terrace areas, perfect spots for sunsets.
Alongside these features, the villa also offers a gym area for those who would like to keep up with their workout routine during vacations, including treadmill, cross-trainer and machine-fly.

The living area has one large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Netflix extension and satellite connection, AC, Bluetooth speaker. The villa has wi-fi and air-conditioning throughout all the rooms.

A modern kitchen has all the appliances one would expect including fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle. There is a full range of cooking and dining utensils, cutlery and crockery. Adjacent there is a dining table for 8 people plus a baby highchair if needed.

In addition there is an alfresco dining table for 8 people, a built-in stone BBQ and table tennis set if you need to work up an appetite.

There is also a private parking space for a single car.
