As you enter the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright and airy open-plan living space, which incorporates a lounge area with 2 comfortable sofas, air-conditioning and a 65 inch large smart TV with Netflix, provided for guests’ entertainment. (You need to have your own Netfix account). There are two sets of sliding patio doors, leading straight out onto the pool terrace. This fabulous feature, floods plenty of light into this space.
Adjacent to the lounge area, is the modern spacious open-plan kitchen, equipped with all of your cooking appliances, such as, a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, integrated dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. Within this space, is a wooden dining table with seating for 6 people, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.
Off of the living space, is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a ground floor WC.
Located on this floor, is a king size double en-suite bedroom overlooking and with access to the poolside.
First Floor:
This floor hosts 3 en-suite bedrooms, a twin, double bedroom and a master bedroom. Each with sea view furnished balconies.
Top Floor:
The magnificent roof terrace is furnished with a pleasant L shaped sofa and coffee table, a perfect place to chill and appreciate the breathtaking sea views. The terrace is screened with glass to take full advance of the views, and is also equipped with 2 sunbeds and a parasol. Up a few steps, to the wooden decking, is a 2 person sunken bath jacuzzi, an ideal spot to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. This is a very indulgent feature.

Bedroom 4 – Master double en-suite bedroom (king size bed), with modern furnishings, air-conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. This spacious bedroom has a jacuzzi bath within it, perfect for gazing out of the window, relaxing and admiring the views it has to offer. There is also a separate dressing area and a smart TV.
