Villa Gemelli

Villa Gemelli is a beautiful 4 bedroom property to sleep up to 9. With a charming traditional, Ottoman feel, the villa is situated within a 25 minute walk to the main town, just off the Kalamar Road, opposite the Elixir Hotel. Villa Gemelli is a spacious family villa, which can offer many home comforts to suit everybody’s needs. The fantastic facilities are sure to keep the whole family happy during your stay. The villa has a wonderful private pool with jacuzzi section, and boasts lovely sea views.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers two excellent choices of lounge seating, with an open plan self catering kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a range of modern appliances such as a cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, water-cooler and many other necessary essentials to offer that home from home experience.

The lounge area has the use of satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player. The lounge opens up onto the pool terrace which offers a variety of seating and an al-fresco dining area. Wifi is available for a small charge of £15 per week.

First floor

This floor hosts 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The double bedroom is fully furnished with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

The twin bedroom is also fully furnished, with a separate bathroom and air conditioning. This bedroom has a seated balcony area for those wonderful breakfast mornings.

Second Floor

This floor hosts a master suite and smaller double bedroom.

Outside

There is an annex adjacent to the pool, this Ottoman style seating, can be used either as a lounge area or the sofas can be used as beds creating an extra sleeping space, this also has a wet room style bathroom. This would be perfect for family members wanting their little piece of privacy.

This beautiful villa offers a private swimming pool with jacuzzi section, spectacular views and Roman steps into the pool, which lend themselves greatly to aid anyone with mobility issues. There are a variety of sun loungers around the swimming pool to relax and enjoy.

The outside space also gives you the opportunity to relax a soak in the atmosphere in a beautiful hammock. There is an outside dining section for al-fresco entertaining and there is also a quiet chilled relaxing seating area should you wish to unwind with a glass of wine and read a book on those sunset evenings.

For the young at heart, there is an air hockey and football games table, for those competitive moments.
