Villa Gunes is a three-bedroom villa located in the hills above Kalkan in its Ordu district, some 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of town. With lots of amenities including a secluded infinity pool, a heated indoor pool, sauna, children’s pool, play area and garden, this villa offers an ideal location for an unforgettable family escape, away from prying eyes.
Ground Floor – Villa Gunes
Entrance to the villa is through a very pretty private walled garden, to the villa door. This opens into a bright, airy and spacious open plan living area with full height glazed sliding doors – they take full advantage of the panoramic views across Kalkan Bay, the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains. Here there are two large sofas and two armchairs grouped around a coffee table and large flat screen tv.
Adjacent is a dining table for six and a well-equipped kitchen, including all essential main appliances, like dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and kettle, toasted sandwich maker and Turkish teapot. It is also well equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery – a home from home kitchen. A washing machine is also tucked away in the villa.
At the other end of this space there is a communal cloakroom and one of Villa Gunes special features, a luxurious sauna and indoor pool. This pool can be heated over the cooler months of the year to approximately 28 centigrade for an additional charge. Please ask for more details.
The villa has air-conditioning for guest comfort and complimentary wi-fi internet throughout. For additional peace of mind, Villa Gunes has a security/CCTV system.

Outside – Villa Gunes
The terrace has a good size infinity pool, approximately 12 x 4.5m (1.55m deep) with integral children’s pool inc safety barrier and separate shallow area. 6 sunbeds with side tables and a large parasol line the terrace of the pool together with some small children’s play equipment.
A covered pergola terrace is to the side of the villa equipped built-in BBQ, and a dining table with seating for 6 guests, all which makes for the perfect alfresco dining experience.
To the rear of the villa there is a very pretty walled garden and private parking area. We would highly recommend the use of a car at this property due to its secluded nature and for ease of travelling to and from Kalkan town centre.
