The villa is within easy reach to Kalkan’s old town, restaurants and beach, which is a leisurely 20 – 30 minute walk. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach club, where water taxis are available to take you across the bay to the harbour. Villa Haven has a good size roof terrace boasting incredible sea views, and a perfect spot to relax and watch the boats coming and going. This lovely villa is set out over 3 floors with large rooms, making it bright and airy and there is lots of space around the villa so it never feels crowded even when at full capacity. The spacious pool and terrace has been designed to accommodate everyone’s needs, an ideal place to bask in the glorious Kalkan sunshine. A perfect accommodation for families with children and larger groups.

As you enter the ground floor level you are welcomed into a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. There are 3 sets of patio doors that lead out onto the pool terraces.
The comfy lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV (limited English speaking channels) and an Xbox console with games, provided for guests’ entertainment.
Adjacent to the lounge is the open-plan fully equipped kitchen.
The dining area seats up to 8 guests.
A WC is located on the ground floor.
First Floor:
This floor hosts 1 twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. This bedroom has access to a balcony.
Second Floor:
This floor houses 1 double en-suite bedroom which has access to a balcony and views over Kalkan towards the sea.
Third Floor:
This floor hosts 1 master en-suite double bedroom which has access to a large terrace balcony, offering magnificent views of the sea, the Old Town and the harbour.
Roof Level:
This floor houses 1 twin en-suite bedroom.
