Villa Jamandutania is a traditional stone-built 4-bedroom detached villa with spectacular sea views, located in the popular district of Komurluk, about 10 minutes’ walk from Kalkan’s Old Town and only 400 metres from the sea.

Ground Floor – Villa Jamandutania
The living space comprises an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This bright airy space opens directly onto a sea view terrace and is furnished with two comfortable sofas grouped around a romantic fireplace with a flat screen tv and coffee table.
A dining island with 6 stools separates the lounge area from the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances to allow guests to self-cater if desired. Appliances include fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. A communal bathroom is located adjacent to the living space.
Two of the villa’s four bedrooms are also located on this floor.
Bedroom 1:Double bed, separate w.c., bath with shower attachment and wash hand basin within the room and direct access to a furnished spectacular sea view terrace.

Villa Jamadutania’s other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both have their own private furnished terraces with stunning sea views.

Outdoors – Villa Jamandutania
Villa Jamadutania’s outdoor space is designed into a plethora of ‘garden rooms’ to sit, dine and relax. It is all sat within natural and mature planting – the photos in the gallery show how beautiful it is but the reality is even better.
This includes two separate dining table areas, one which seats 4 on a courtyard style area, and one seats 6 under the cover of a timber roof. A large stone-built barbeque provides the finishing touch to an ideal setting for creating your own traditional Turkish dishes.
You can also relax in a double swing chair near the BBQ area, and the first floor bedroom balconies each have seats and coffee/bistro tables for a more private escape to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset apéritif.
The pool is some 11 by 4.4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.65 metres. Access to the pool is by means of a set of wide roman steps (no handrail). 8 sun loungers with side tables and two parasols are located around the pool. The pool has the added bonus of heating available during the cooler months of the season (for an additional charge).
Villa Jamandutania also enjoys the most stunning bay views, from the pool terrace to the upper bedroom terraces. The panoramic view stretches from the harbour round to the islands and beyond. There are few better locations from which to enjoy Kalkan’s renowned sunsets without actually taking to the sea – truly jaw-dropping.
