Villa Juniper – Stylish 3 Bedroom in Ortaalan

Villa Juniper is a modern three-bedroom house located near Kalkan’s centre and about 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Accommodating up to six guests, the villa has spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a roof terrace. The property also has a table tennis table.

Ground Floor – Villa Juniper

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped and has an indoor dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The main living area is divided from the kitchen/dining room by a partition wall, which has a flat-screen TV in front of two sizable mix-and-match sofas and a coffee table. This area enjoys the luxury of huge glass doors that lead to the pool terrace. There is complimentaru wi-fi and air-conditioning throughout the villa.

First Floor – Villa Juniper

Two of the villas three bedrooms, one double and one twin, are located on this floor. Two single beds, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and an en suite shower room are all included in the generously sized twin bedroom, which also has a private balcony with seating that has a view of Kalkan.

A huge double room with a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, a cushioned armchair and dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom makes up the second bedroom on this floor. Additionally, this room offers a private balcony with views of Kalkan’s mountains.

Second Floor / Roof Terrace Floor – Villa Juniper

The whole second floor of Villa Juniper is devoted to the master bedroom. A king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, plenty of wardrobe space, and glass sliding doors that open to a private roof terrace with a Jacuzzi, cushioned relaxation area, and a separate swing seat are all features of this spacious bedroom. The best of the sea and mountain views are available to guests from this area of the property.

Bedroom 1 twin bedroom on first floor with two single beds, flat screen tv, ensuite shower room and private town/mountain view balcony. Twin beds can be converted to a large double bed if required.

Bedroom 2. Double bedroom on first floor with king size bed, flat screen tv, ensuite shower room, and private town/mountain view balcony.

Bedroom 3 Double bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower room, and access to sea view roof terrace with luxurious jacuzzi, seating area and swing seat.

Outdoors – Villa Juniper

Villa Juniper’s exterior space includes a private swimming pool, an elevated Jacuzzi area, and a poolside shower. The pool dimensions are 10 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. Around the pool, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, and a cushioned swing seat.

Adjacent to the pool there is additional garden furniture providing a comfortable, shaded spot to relax and sip coffee (or a cocktail!), and a BBQ-equipped al fresco dining area.
A table tennis is located for guests at the side of the property.
