Villa Kayra is situated in an elevated position above Kalamar bay, providing breathtaking sea views and sunsets. This spacious and stylish property can accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms, with plenty of outdoor space designed for relaxation, dining, and lounging.
The pool is larger than many in Kalkan and includes a Jacuzzi at one end. Additionally, the pool can be heated, making it perfect for guests all year round. Street level parking is available, and it is only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, although a taxi ride may be more appropriate for the uphill walk back to the villa.
Ground Floor – Villa Kayra
The ground floor of Villa Kayra comprises a large open plan living/dining area, complete with a lounge, dining room, and modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge,freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, hob, and extractor. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The first of the villa’s six bedrooms is located on this floor, featuring a double bed, mounted TV, armchair, bedside tables, access to a furnished terrace, and an adjacent shower room.

First Floor – Villa Kayra
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room with access to a private balcony; a double bedroom with a bed facing the sea views, an en-suite shower room and jacuzzi bath, and a twin bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room sharing a balcony with one of the double bedrooms.
Second Floor – Villa Kayra
The top floor features the master double bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, dressing area, en-suite shower room, and Jacuzzi, as well as a twin bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a shared furnished roof terrace.

Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom with a mounted television, an armchair, bedside tables, access to a furnished terrace, and an adjacent shower room.
Bedroom 2 – A double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) with a dressing room, dressing table, bedside tables, and an en-suite shower room. There is also access to a private balcony.
Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) with a bed that faces the fantastic sea views, an en-suite shower room, and a Jacuzzi bath. There is access to a shared balcony, and this room also has a wardrobe area and dressing table.
Bedroom 4 – A twin bedroom (two twin beds 190cm x 90cm) with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. This bedroom shares the balcony with one of the double bedrooms on this floor.
Bedroom 5 – The master double bedroom (bed 200cm x 180cm) with a wall- mounted TV, a dressing area, an en-suite shower room, and a Jacuzzi. There is also access to a shared roof terrace.
Bedroom 6 – A twin bedroom (two twin beds 190cm x 90cm) with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to the shared furnished roof terrace with the master bedroom.
Outdoors – Villa Kayra
Outside, there are several areas perfect for relaxation, with steps leading from the ground to the pool terrace. The property also includes a large Jacuzzi by the infinity pool, a poolside bar shaded by a pergola, traditional Turkish seating area (kösk), table tennis, a BBQ, a hammock, and two alfresco dining areas.
The larger than average infinity pool is 11 x 5 metres with a depth of 16 metres and incorporates a children’s pool area and a jet stream hydro massage feature. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional fee – Please ask for more details.
