On the ground floor is a large double en-suite bedroom with super-king sized bed and dressing area. Plus a twin room with separate shower room.
First floor
Another unusual feature for Kalkan is the separation of the lounge and kitchen. The lounge, with two balconies overlooking Kalkan Bay, is spacious, light and airy and comfortably furnished. As well as a TV (for DVD use only), there’s a DVD and CD player with a range of DVD’s and CD’s, Bluetooth speaker and Apple TV plus games and books.
The separate kitchen across the hallway from the lounge is fully fitted with all major appliances including dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster and fridge freezer. There is also a water cooler/dispenser. Off the dining area in the kitchen, is a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, with steps down to the terrace for additional dining, just perfect for lunch or breakfast.
Second Floor
A further large double en-suite bedroom with super king-size bed, plus another twin en-suite bedroom occupy the whole of the second floor. Each bedroom has one or two sea view balconies.
Top Floor
A utility and combined kitchenette area are on the top floor. There’s a washing machine, sink, clothes drier, iron and ironing board, plus a fridge for food and drinks for sitting on the roof terrace.

The outside area is quite unusual for properties so close to the centre and allows guests to spread out. For your enjoyment there are 8 sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs for alfresco dining, plus sofas to relax on. For the more energetic or younger members there is a table tennis table to enjoy. The gardens themselves are home to lemon trees, bananas, figs, grapes, mulberries, pomegranates and olive trees can all be found, plus super smelling jasmine, bougainvillea and many other plants.
