Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.
The villa has a generous sized private swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas.

On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast snacks to a full dinner. This includes large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 8 chairs should you prefer indoor dining. Next to this is the spacious, comfortable lounge area, with doors which open out onto the pool terrace. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV, an Xbox with games, a DVD player and selection of films plus a selection of books. The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

The first floor has a a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

On the second floor is a double ensuite bedroom with private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with bags of space. The room has also has a jacuzzi bath in the room, and direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy the your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds, plus bean bags for relaxing on and table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active.
There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 8 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.
