Villa Lena in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan is a 4 bedroom villa to sleep 9 people within walking distance of both Kalamar Bay Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club. The villa provides excellent value for anyone looking to holiday on a budget.
Ground Floor
The open plan lounge includes a seating area, wifi, flat screen TV and overlooks the pool. In the kitchen there is a range of appliances such as oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, while the washing machine is in the laundry room. There is also a WC on this floor.
First Floor
On the first floor is the main en-suite bedroom which includes bunk beds, having a double bed on the bottom and a single on top and having fabulous sea views and a furnished balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a rainforest shower and jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom is a twin en-suite with rainforest shower and side sea view from the balcony.
Top Floor
Here, the top floor incorporates both a twin en-suite with rainforest shower, and a double en-suite with jacuzzi bath and hand-held shower facility. There is no separate shower in the double bedroom.

Bedroom 1 – Triple en-suite with rainforest shower, jacuzzi air-conditioning, furnished balcony. (Bunk beds are double bed on the bottom, single on the top).
Bedroom 2 –Twin en-suite with rainforest shower, air-conditioning, furnished balcony.
Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite with jacuzzi bath and hand-held shower, air-conditioning, balcony.
Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom with rainforest shower, air-conditioning and balcony.
Outside
At Villa Lena the small pool (5m x 3.5m), not only is heated (extra charge applies), but there is a fabulous ‘swim trainer’ facility where you can swim against the current. The poolside terrace includes 6 sunbeds, 2 parasols, a comfy seating area, dining table and chairs to sea 8 plus a BBQ and outside shower. There is also a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
