Villa Leo has a light and airy open plan living area on the ground floor with a well-equipped modern kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and UK toaster. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stools for 4 guests, and there are partial sea views from the lounge and dining room.
The comfortable lounge includes 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, feature fireplace, smart TV. and a dining table with seating for 8 guests. Doors lead out onto a balcony with partial sea views and a dining table with seating for 8 guests. The villa also has air-conditioning and free wi-fi throughout.
On this level there is also a guest WC.
First Floor – VillaLeo
Stairs with handrail lead up to the first floor where there are two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony, each with chairs and bistro table, perfect to sit and soak up the sea views.
Second Floor – Villa Leo
Stairs with handrail lead up to second floor which is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. The room is flooded with light during the day from dual aspect windows, and doors lead onto the large balcony with far reaching views over the bay and back to Kalkan. The perfect space for those wanting privacy and to enjoy wonderful sea views and romantic sunsets.
On this level there is a large linen cupboard on the landing.
Lower Ground Floor – Villa Leo (Pool level)
Steps lead down to the lower ground floor which is ideal for a second family or young adults. There is a small separate lounge with sofa, armchair, highchair, coffee table, feature fireplace, smart TV and mini kitchen with under counter fridge, sink, and tea/coffee making facilities. The lounge leads out onto the pool terrace. There are also 2 en-suite bedrooms on this level, one of which has a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
