Villa Lilia is a large 4-bedroom air-conditioned villa close to the centre of Kalkan, and by the Regency Hotel. A modern villa, with some Ottoman style touches as a subtle reminder you are in Turkey. The centre is an easy 10 minutes’ walk away, making it the perfect location mix of peace and close to the action.
Each double bedroom has a large covered terrace balcony with sunbeds/lounger chairs, plus there’s a lovely sea view roof terrace where you can sit outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee or tea. Olive groves make a lovely, calm neighbour to the side of the property.
From the road, there is a gated garage, and separate gated entrance to the villa, with 25 steps to the front door and pool level.
Ground Floor – Villa Lilia
Upon entering Villa Lilia, the open plan space is split level between the light and airy lounge area and kitchen/diner. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa, large coffee table, several of those classic Ottoman style extras, all finished off with a flat screen smart TV and DVD player. The room has a bright airy feel due to the sliding full length windows opening out onto the pool terrace.
Up the few steps to the kitchen diner, which has all the appliances you would expect, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler plus table and chairs to seat 6-8.
The washing machine is housed in an alcove cupboard off the ground floor WC. For guest comfort & convenience, the villa enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi internet throughout the property.
First Floor – Villa Lilia
On the first floor of Villa Lilia are two double sized bedrooms:
The first is a double en-suite, with a private covered balcony/terrace. The large balcony is furnished with 2 sunbeds, table and 2 chairs. The en-suite is a good-sized shower room with shower, basin and WC. There is also a safe in this room.
The twin en-suite has two single beds, a shower room en-suite and a balcony on the side of the villa, overlooking the olive groves.
Second Floor – Villa Lilia.
The second floor is entirely given over to a large split level master bedroom. It has a king-sized bed, Ottoman double seat and large sliding doors onto a covered balcony.
Up two steps is a large dressing room area with plenty of wardrobe and storage and a full length mirror. Off this is a large bathroom with double sinks, shower cubicle and a joyous corner jacuzzi bath.
The balcony has lounger chairs and table, and enjoys great sea views of the bay. Perfect for some privacy to just relax with a book, or enjoy a romantic moment with your loved one.
Top Floor – Villa Lilia
At the top of the stairs is a small kitchenette area, which is a great addition as this is on the roof terrace level. There is a fridge-freezer, microwave and sink, several storage cupboards, plus a separate shower room.
The 4th bedroom, another twin, is on this floor and also uses the shower room.
A door from the kitchenette leads to the roof terrace which is slightly bigger than the bedroom balconies below.
This terrace has a built-in shaded seating area covering a table and 6 chairs. It has a fabulous views, a sunny aspect and is a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, lunch and even dinner, but most of all, to just kick-back and chill out.

Bedroom 4 – Twin room with separate shower room and easy access to roof terrace.
Outside – Villa Lilia
Off the lounge area is the pool and poolside terraces, which has some sea and olive grove views. The pool is accessed by built-in steps, and is approximately 5m wide at the widest point and 2m wide at the narrowest x 8m long.
The surrounding terraces have comfortable sun-loungers and side tables plus parasols. A dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining for 8 sits under a shaded area of the terrace. There is also a brick-built BBQ at the side of the house. In additional to the adjacent olive groves, the terraces have some well chosen planting to enhance the natural feel.
