Villa Lipsos 3 is a newly built, 3 bedroom villa located in the Kalamar  district of Kalkan, offering a private pool and plenty of outdoor space.

This light and airy villa is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable and modern retreat. The villa is just a 3-minute walk from local shops and restaurants, and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the town centre and harbour.

The first floor comprises two en-suite double bedrooms. The first bedroom also features a jacuzzi within the room, while the second bedroom has a corner bath in the bathroom. Both bedrooms lead to their own wrap-around balconies with stunning views.

The second floor is home to the third bedroom, which features twin beds and sliding doors leading to a spacious roof terrace with mountain and harbour views.

Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedside table, wardrobe and an en-suite  shower room with rain forest shower.

Outdoors – Villa Lipsos 3

Outside, the villa boasts a spacious pool terrace and garden furnished with 6 sun loungers, 3 side tables, a swing, a large parasol, and an outside shower. The private pool measures 3m x 8m x 1.55m. The BBQ area has an outside dining table and chairs under a covered pergola.
