Description
Presenting 4 bedroom contemporary Lumiere Villa 1 in Kiziltas, and neighbouring Lumiere 2 and behind is 5 bedroom Villa Lumiere 3. These villas are great for larger groups and families who wish to be close to each other. With very limited sea views from the pool area, there are also lovely sea views from the front facing bedrooms, however the pool is extremely private from the surrounding villas.
Ground Floor
Opening into the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has satellite TV with USB port, and opens out onto the poolside terrace.
The dining table seats 8 people and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of modern appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.
There is a double en-suite bedroom with sliding glass doors opening out onto the garden area at the side of the villa. The en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.
A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.
First Floor
The double en-suite bedroom, like the ground floor bedroom has the bathroom area screened off by a frosted glass panel. It also has a balcony to the side of the villa with small sea view.
A further front facing double en-suite bedroom has access to a sea view balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. The en-suite has a partially frosted sea view window in the shower, but there is also a curtain for extra privacy. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.
The front facing twin en-suite bedroom shares the sea view balcony that runs across the whole width of the property (shared with the above-mentioned bedroom).
Outside
The villa has a 10m x 3.5m pool with surrounding terrace and a garden area. The terrace is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, comfy sofa seating set and table tennis.
