Villa Luxury is a 7-bedroom villa the name of which reflects one of its major design principles along with the other of maximising the stunning sea views afforded by its location high on the hillside in Kalkan’s Kiziltas district.
The villas spacious accommodation is spread over four floors, the layouts of which take full advantage of the panoramic views. Villa Luxury can sleep a maximum of 14 guests and thus is an ideal choice for large family groups or friends.
Lower Ground Floor – Villa Luxury
The entrance to the villa is by a flight of steps that lead to the lower ground floor level. There is a pool table here for guests to enjoy.
Ground Floor – Villa Luxury
This floor is where the main living space is located. It comprises of an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area. The lounge area has two comfortable modern L-shaped sofas, large flat screen tv, tv unit, coffee table. The adjacent dining area is in an impressive double-height space and has a large dining table which seats 12.
Full height glazed doors lead from here directly to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fitted in a sleek contemporary style and is equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster – basically all that is required to prepare meals and refreshments for 14. Here too sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace.
First Floor – Villa Luxury
Two of the seven bedrooms are located on this floor: the master and one twin bedroom. These two bedrooms are entered from a shared landing that overlooks the double height dining space below and out to the sea views beyond.
Second Floor – Villa Luxury
Two Double bedrooms and one twin bedroom are located on this floor.
Third floor – Villa Luxury
Two more large double bedrooms which share a roof terrace are located on this floor.

Bedroom 1 This is the master bedroom, which is located on the first floor, and is furnished with a large double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, armchair, dressing table and chair, plus a luxurious jacuzzi bath from where the panoramic views can be soaked up. The en-suite shower room has a rain forest shower with glass divide. This bedroom has a furnished sea view balcony.
Bedroom 2 This is the first of Villa Luxury’s two twin bedrooms. It is furnished with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and chairs. The en-suite shower room has a rain forest shower with glass divide.
Bedroom 3 Double bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair, and en-suite shower room with rain forest shower and glass screen. This bedroom shares a large furnished sea view balcony accessed through full-length glass sliding doors.
Bedroom 4 Double bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair, en-suite shower room with glass divide, and a sizeable furnished sea view balcony.
Bedroom 5 Twin bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, en-suite shower room with rain forest shower and glass divide.
Bedroom 6 Double bedroom with large double bed, en suite shower room with rain forest shower, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The room opens directly onto a roof terrace furnished with a comfortable seating group and shared with bedroom 7. this is an ideal location to sit and enjoy the magnificent views.

Outdoors – Villa Luxury
Impressive views, an elegant infinity pool that takes in those views, and a large patio wrapping around Villa Luxury all contribute to its wow factor. There are 12 sun loungers, 4 large parasols, a comfortable rattan seating group, and an unusually large dining table and chairs, which seats 14.
The dining area is located under a shady pergola and has a brick-built barbeque adjacent to it. Table tennis is located to the side of Villa Luzury for the entertainment of its guests.
The pool itself is some 12 x 4 metres in dimensions and has a shallow area at one end whilst the remaining area has a depth of 1.5 metres.
