Ground Floor
The modern well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10, and a lounge with smart TV. There are full length patio doors that open onto the pool terrace where the magnificent views are waiting for you. Also on this level, is a WC and a twin en-suite bedroom.
First Floor
On the first floor you will find 2 double en-suite bedrooms with furnished balconies where you can enjoy the sun setting over the mountain.
Lower Ground Floor
The master suite is situated on the lower ground floor and has a large dressing area for you to get ready for a night on the town. The suite has a jacuzzi for extra pampering and patio doors open onto a beautiful courtyard style garden area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite which shares the garden area. There are no sea views from this level.

Bedroom 1 – Twin en-suite situated off the living area.
Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite with balcony and stunning sea views.
Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite balcony and excellent sea views.
Bedroom 4 – Master suite with en-suite, dressing area, jacuzzi and courtyard garden, no sea views.
Bedroom 5 – Twin en-suite with garden terrace, no sea views.
Outside
Enjoy precious moments at Villa Merlot playing table tennis or splashing around in the pool. Recline on a sun-lounger or curl up with a book. The dining table for 10 is shaded so it’s great at any meal time. A BBQ with produce you’ve bought from the local market can be the perfect end to any day.
