Kalkan is a 5-minute taxi ride away where the old town can be found with its pretty cobbled streets, boutique shops, roof terrace restaurants and harbour area. The open plan living has a light, bright, airy feel and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with dining table and seating.
The comfortable lounge with a large L-shaped sofa and a further 3 chairs and coffee table, has dual aspect windows/doors benefitting from the beautiful pool and picturesque sea views. The lounge also has a flat screen LCD TV and direct access to the pool terrace. The villa also has Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

Villa More has a good-sized sun-bathing terrace with pool measuring 10 x 4m (1.50m deep) and having ladder steps. Sunbeds, side tables and parasols surround the pool which has the most wonderful sea views over the bay. A built-in charcoal BBQ and covered pergola dining area with table and seating for 6 guests makes for a delightful alfresco dining experience. There is also a comfortable sofa seating set plus a further swing seat to soak up the view and enjoy the Kalkan sunsets.
