The main entrance is approached by a gentle half flight of steps, to a main door which opens on to a hallway between the two floors. The upper level accommodation comprises of a large well-equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area.
In the beautifully designed living area you will find comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table, large 166cm smart TV, Wi-Fi and access to a small balcony with partial sea views. All living and bedroom areas are air-conditioned and the villa has complimentary wi-fi throughout.
The kitchen/dining area is bright, modern and fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Appliances include oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and water dispenser.
The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six people and is placed by sliding glass doors that access a second small balcony with table and chairs to seat two.
The Master Bedroom is also on this level and boasts a King size bed with matching wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing table. An En-suite bathroom with rain forest shower completes the interior space (there is also a washing machine in this shower room).
However, the real attraction of this bedroom is the balcony of the room which has a double jacuzzi/hot-tub with a sea view. The perfect spot for really relaxing in privacy and maybe enjoying a glass of your favourite cool drink.
Lower Level – Villa Pera
On this level are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, which share a bathroom. For additional convenience, there is a small kitchenette outside the rooms that includes sink, microwave, kettle and water dispenser.
Also, on this level you will find a gym with fitness equipment that is open plan with a darkened cinema room making it a cool place to relax after a workout, with smart TV, Dolby sound system and direct access to the pool terrace, this section is a perfect addition to the villa

Outside – Villa Pera
There is plenty of varied spaces outside the villa to relax or enjoy fun and games. The main pool (9m x 3m x 1.55) has an ornate waterfall feature. It is further enhanced by an adjoining jacuzzi section for those really chilled moments. The pool terrace has sun loungers, side tables, outdoor shower and a chair swing.
To the rear of the villa is the real surprise – a wonderful relaxing & rustic garden area that includes a BBQ, fridge, worktop, dining table for alfresco meals, air hockey table, football table, darts board and shaded seating sections. This is a real hidden gem of a traditional Turkish garden space that helps make Villa Pera even more attractive.
There is parking for a car at the villa too, should you wish to have use of one.
