Villa Resital in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan is a luxury, contemporary 4 bedroom villa within walking distance of both Kalamar Bay Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club. The villa is in an elevated position with 35 steps up to the front door.
Ground Floor
The open plan living areas are light and airy opening out onto the poolside terraces. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa with flat screen TV and wifi, whilst the kitchen is modern with built-in appliances. As well as a washing machine, Villa Resital also has a tumble dryer.
Lower Ground Floor
Accessed from the inside, on the lower ground floor is a suite which is perfect for older children or a second couple. The suite comprises of a large lounge area complete with flat screen TV, L-shaped sofa, running machine and table tennis, plus a double en-suite bathroom with rain-forest shower. There is also access to a secluded terrace garden area.
First Floor
With full sea views, there is a double en-suite bedroom with rain-forest shower and balcony and a twin en-suite bedroom with rain-forest shower and balcony.
Top Floor
With an attic style roof, the top floor of Villa Resital comprises a double en-suite with open plan (but private from the bedroom) bathroom. There is approximately a 6’4” height restriction in the shower. With full sea views, the bedroom opens out on to a balcony.

The pool is approximately 9m x 4m plus there is a separate jacuzzi pool. Surrounding the pool are the sunbathing terraces with rattan sunbeds, parasols, coffee table and chairs for 4, dining table and chairs for 8.
