Description
Villa Serra is a 5 bedroom villa, adjacent to the Likya Residence Hotel in the very popular central location. Just a few minutes flat walk to the centre of town, or if you’re heading to the Yali or Indigo Beach Clubs, there are steps virtually opposite the villa down to the caretta road to use as a short cut.
Formerly the Serra Boutique Hotel, this property has been converted to make a large villa with approximately a 15m long pool.
Ground Floor
From the road there are a short flight of steps up to the split-level pool and terrace areas. Inside the villa is open plan and has a light, airy feel about it. As the villa is in an elevated position, the living areas overlook the pool and terraces, but remains private from the cul-de-sac road outside from passers-by. The comfortable lounge area incorporates an L-shape sofa, internet and TV, plus a dining area between the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher and water cooler/dispensing machine. There is also a utility on the ground floor housing the washing machine, plus for your convenience there’s a WC cloakroom. There are two air conditioning units at either end of the living areas.
First Floor
Housing a double en-suite bedroom and a twin en-suite bedroom. Both are fully air-conditioned and have sea view balconies.
Second Floor
Having two double en-suite bedrooms which are air-conditioned and have sea view balconies.
Top Floor
Dedicated to the final bedroom which is the master suite. With a double air-conditioned bedroom, the suite has a separate dressing area and bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is then access to the wonderful panoramic sea and Kalkan view roof terrace, which has 2 sunbeds and a parasol. You can while away the day without being disturbed.

On the ground floor is the split level terrace and pool which measures a whopping 13m x 5m (approx.). The upper terrace is dedicated to the seating and dining areas. It’s a lovely large space to relax and just chillout on the comfortable sofa. There’s also a brick BBQ and dining table for al-fresco dining and all under a wooden pergola to provide shade.
