On the ground floor is the modern open plan living areas, with the bright and airy lounge area overlooking and leading out onto the poolside. There is wi-fi, TV and a DVD player for your entertainment, plus a sofa bed should you need it, taking the total occupancy to 9 or 10 (dependent upon size). The dining area separates the lounge from the kitchen and is plenty big enough and well stocked to prepare simple snacks and meals. Also on the ground floor, is a twin en-suite which also leads out onto the poolside, plus a separate WC.

First Floor
Up the stairs to the first floor are the two king size en-suites sharing a full width sea view furnished terrace balcony.

Top Floor
The top floor houses a further twin ensuite (sloping ceiling), which leads out to the roof terrace with a further table and 6 chairs and panoramic sea view.

The owners have carefully and thoughtfully planned the outside space to fully maximise the space and take full advantage of the all day sun. The 7m x 4m (approx) pool nicely separates the terrace. To the left are 4 sunbeds, parasol, bean bags and cushions to lounge around while taking in the view. To the right are 4 more sunbeds, the dining table and 8 chairs plus a delightful gazebo providing shade and a lovely chill-out area when the heat of the day becomes too much. This is a lovely villa at a good price for a larger group.
