Villa Sunflair is a luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa which can accommodate up to 12 people, just perfect for large groups. On the ground floor the living area, kitchen and dining area is open plan and opens out onto the poolside and terrace, with fabulous sea views. Villa Sunflair is situated in Kiziltas looking out across the bay and mountains. On the ground is a twin en-suite bedroom, plus separate WC. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the first and second floor.

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite, air-conditioning, Jacuzzi, L-shaped sofa that turns into a double bed (suitable for children), TV, balcony with table and chairs. Situated on the first floor.
Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite, air-conditioning, TV, balcony with table and chairs. Situated on the first floor.
Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom, TV, air-conditioning, opens out onto the roof terrace. Shared Bathroom with bedroom 5. Situated on the top floor.
Bed Room 5 – Twin room, TV, air-conditioning, opens out onto the roof terrace. Shared Bathroom with bedroom 4. Situated on the top floor.

Outside
Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful pool area with a 10m x 5m (approx.) pool that can be heated (extra charge applies), plus a separate jacuzzi pool. here are 10 sun loungers, parasols and a comfy seating area. There is also a table and 10 chairs for al-fresco dining plus a BBQ.
