The outside space is particularly large, with the sea view pool, terraces, sunbeds and comfy seating area split level to the dining terrace and another comfy seating area. From the road, the villa is accessed via steps down to the terrace level. There is yet another table and 5 chairs by the entrance to the villa. Villa Sunshine is also alarmed for your safety and added security.
Ground Floor
The living areas are open plan and well thought out. The sea view lounge area is light and airy with an L-shaped sofa, feature fireplace (ornamental only), flat screen TV with UK sports channels, wi-fi and sliding full length doors to the dining terrace. The kitchen area is modern incorporating built-in oven and microwave, hob, toaster and coffee machine. There is a dining table and 6 chairs, and more sliding doors to the dining terrace. The washing machine is housed off the ground floor shower-room.
First Floor
On the first floor are two bedrooms; a double and twin, both sharing a sea view balcony.
Both bedrooms have en-suite rain forest showers and mirrored wardrobes, The twin bedroom is big enough for another bed or cot.
Top Floor
On the top floor is the master bedroom with little luxury touches such as a kitchenette area with fridge, cupboard, worktop with kettle, mugs and wine glasses. Wake up of a morning, make a drink and sit on your own roof terrace, furnished with 2 sunbeds table and 2 chairs. Or later in the day take a dip in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine, the choice is yours.

Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful split-level area. The upper level features a comfy shaded seating area for relaxing, plus 6 sun-loungers and 3 parasols positioned around the sea view pool. There is an outside shower and BBQ. On the upper level terrace, there is a 2 seater sofa with 2 chairs and coffee table, plus a further dining tablOutside, the sea view pool is approximately 7.5m x 4.5m and on the lower terrace. There are 6 sunbeds, 3 parasols and a pergola covered seating area to relax.
