Villa Sunshine is a spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa in the lower part of Kiziltas. The outside space is particularly large with split level terraces incorporating sunbeds and a comfy seating plus a dining terrace and another comfy seating area. From the road, the villa is accessed via steps down to the terrace level. Villa Sunshine is also alarmed for your safety and added security.
NB. The views from the pool are partial and not full sea views.
Ground Floor – Villa Sunshine
The living areas are open plan and well thought out. The sea view lounge area is light and airy with an L-shaped sofa, feature fireplace (ornamental only), flat screen TV, wi-fi and sliding full length doors to the dining terrace. The kitchen area is modern incorporating built-in oven and microwave, hob, toaster and coffee machine. There is a dining table and 6 chairs, and more sliding doors to the dining terrace. The washing machine is housed off the ground floor shower-room.
First Floor- Villa Sunshine
On the first floor are two bedrooms; a double and twin, both sharing a sea view balcony.
Both bedrooms have en-suite rain forest showers and mirrored wardrobes, The twin bedroom is big enough for another bed or cot.
Top Floor – Villa Sunshine
On the top floor is the master bedroom with little luxury touches such as a kitchenette area with fridge, cupboard, worktop with kettle, mugs and wine glasses. Wake up of a morning, make a drink and sit on your own roof terrace, furnished with 2 sunbeds table and 2 chairs. Or later in the day take a dip in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine, the choice is yours.

Outside – Villa Sunshine
Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful split-level area. The upper level features a comfy shaded seating area for relaxing, plus 6 sun-loungers and 3 parasols positioned around the pool. Please note, the sea view is limited from the pool areas. There is an outside shower and BBQ. On the upper level terrace, there is a 2 seater sofa with 2 chairs and coffee table, plus a further dining table. The pool is approximately 7.5m x 4.5m and on the lower terrace. There are sunbeds, parasols and a pergola covered seating area to relax.
