Villa Swan is a stunning contemporary 3 bedroom villa that exudes style. Perched above Kalkan Town in the lower end of the Kiziltas area, Villa Swan boasts unparalleled views of both the shimmering Mediterranean and the town of Kalkan, yet enjoys easy access into the town centre itself.
The villa is beautifully designed, furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard with lovely attention to detail; stylish and cool, the villa offers guests sophisticated and comfortable accommodation.

Ground Floor
The ground floor is a beautifully spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge features comfortable sofa seating, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Large patio doors open out to the stunning pool terrace.
The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and water cooler/dispenser. The kitchen also features an island unit with breakfast bar and bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comprises dining table and chairs seating 6 people.
There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor as well as a utility room with washing machine.

First Floor
Entry to the villa is via the first floor where you will be met with a visually stunning mezzanine area with glass walls overlooking the dining area below and to the left is a lounge area with sofa seating
The first floor features a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own private balcony that offers stunning sea views.

Second Floor
The second floor features the amazing master bedroom. For a touch of luxury, the bedroom houses a Jacuzzi/hot tub with sea views. It has its own en-suite bathroom and a large private balcony with sea views.
A second double bedroom is also on the 2ndfloor with en-suite facilities and a private balcony with sea views.

Stairs lead to the roof terrace which naturally has truly spectacular views of Kalkan Town and the Mediterranean stretching out before you.

Outside
The beautiful outside terrace commands the most stunning views. It features a private infinity pool with Jacuzzi section (pool dimensions 10m x 3.5m) sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a shaded dining area with dining table and chairs catering for 8 people – just the perfect place to soak in the exceptional views Villa Swan has to offer.
