There is a flatscreen television, stylish art adding splashes of colour and a coffee table completes the look. The entire villa has air-conditioning and wi-fi throughout.
The dining area features dining table and chairs seating up to 8 guests and the ultra-modern stylish kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect from a luxury villa, including hob [built into the island], oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
The built in island unit has three bar stools creating a breakfast/coffee area as well as the built in gas hob.
Conveniently, large sliding glass doors from the dining area open out onto the outside dining area. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor, plus utility cupboards housing the iron and ironing board.
First Floor – Villa Ventura
The first-floor features two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All the bedrooms offer their own furnished balconies and superb sea views. Each is individually designed and finished offering a uniqueness across each room. All contain ample wardrobe/cupboard/drawer storage for your clothes and personal belongings.

The second floor houses the master En-suite bedroom with access to a private roof terrace. For everyone’s enjoyment, there is a further, second roof terrace with spectacular sea and mountain views over the resort of Kalkan and beyond.

Outside – Villa Ventura
The focal point of the spacious outside terrace is a large private infinity pool, incorporating a shallow end and jacuzzi area. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with a selection of sunbeds and parasols. The outdoor shower is well situated for convenient use when you have finished splashing around in the pool.
There is a lovely comfortable seating area at one end of the pool. The terrace extends to the side of the villa providing the perfect location for its al fresco dining table & chairs. The area is completed by a charcoal BBQ for those evenings when you fancy some authentic Turkish style cooking over the coals.
The terrace and in particular the dining area area surrounded by lush green planted walled garden areas of varying sizes providing a fresh, more natural feel to your surroundings.
