Designed for open plan living, the downstairs is light and spacious due to the large expanse of sliding glass doors opening out to the spacious pool terrace.

Villa Waratah is stylishly furnished in neutral colours with splashes of sea blue and turquoise throughout and is spread out over 4 floors, including a games room on the lower ground floor. Kalkan centre is approximately a 20 minute downhill walk.

Access to this floor is by a staircase from the main living area. A sliding glass door gives access to a grassy area and the side of the villa. A well equipped games room including; table football, table tennis, some exercise equipment and a comfortable seating area with TV and Playstation games console.

Villa Waratah provides guests with an open plan space to cook, dine and relax in.
