Villa Yesil Ev

Set back behind a walled garden within the central and prestigious Likya Estate, Villa Yesil Ev is a beautiful 5-bedroom house that oozes character and loveliness. With a mere 2 minute walk flat walk to the centre of town, the location is perfect.
The villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views across the olive groves and Kalkan Bay. To the rear, the walled garden provides shade and is an ideal spot to relax and escape the daytime heat.

Ground Floor

Inside, the open plan living space is large with a comfortable lounge area, and well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine. A small supply of capsules is provided in your welcome hamper.

Bedrooms

Yesil Ev has 5 bedrooms; 3 doubles, one twin bedded room plus another bedroom which can be configured as a double or as a twin.  Three of the bedrooms are en-suite shower rooms, plus there is a further separate bathroom and downstairs guest cloakroom/WC. For your comfort, towels are changed twice per week and bed linen weekly.

Outside

Outside, Villa Yesil Ev has the luxury of its own pool which for anyone wishing to swim more than to the end of the pool and back, it has a current machine for ‘lap’ swimming. In addition to the private pool, the villa also has direct access to the exclusive Likya Estate’s ‘Member’s Only’ pool; the fee for which is included in the rental price.
The terraces and pool area incorporate sun loungers, outside dining table and chairs, plus a comfy seating area to relax in. An external staircase from the first floor takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views.

Table tennis is also provided for a spot of fun and competitiveness!
