Villa Zelyus

A lovely rural retreat Villa Zelyus is perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. About a 20 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, Villa Zelyus is set high above the centre of Saribelen and surrounded by nature. The villa is private, spacious both inside and out, and has lovely forest and mountain views. Perfect for younger children, as there is lots of grassed areas to play, and the villa itself is all on one level. With no stairs to worry about, it is also suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. A car is essential for this property, and the nearest shop and restaurant is around 6 kms away. 

Open Plan Living Area

Upon entering Villa Zeylus, the open plan space is light, airy and very spacious. The air-conditioned lounge area is comfortable and provides plenty of seating for 4 people. As the TV will mainly be Turkish channels, be sure to bring your firestick to provide your favourite night-time viewing.  

The modern kitchen is plenty big enough, and includes all appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer. Off the lounge and kitchen, you can throw open the floor to ceiling doors and step right outside and into the pool. 

There is a separate shower room for the twin room to use. 

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room, air-conditioned. 

Bedroom 2 – Twin, air-conditioned.  

Outside 

Compared to many two bedroom villas, the outside space at Villa Zelyus is lovely. With plenty of space for children, and fully enclosed for privacy, there is a 9m x 4m (1.5m deep) pool which has a sunbed shallow end. For al-fresco dining there’s a table and 4 chairs under a shaded pergola, plus a brick-built BBQ.
