Villa Zeytin Dali is a fabulous sea view, 2 bedroom villa situated in the prestigious and much sought after Komurluk area of Kalkan. There are spectacular sea views across the bay and Zeytin Dali is close to some of Kalkan’s most popular beach clubs. The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club which is a few minutes walk away.  The property is modern and spacious with the living areas on the ground floor, and the bedrooms on the upper floor. There is also off-road parking.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area.  The lounge area has a feature fireplace plus a double sofa-bed for additional guests if required.  There is air-conditioning, satellite TV (limited UK channels), DVD player and WiFi internet access.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area comes complete with  dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, plus the dining table comfortably seats 6 people. A WC cloakroom  is also located on this level.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower  rooms each with fabulous sea view. Both of the bedrooms have access to a large verandah-style balcony that runs across the whole width of the property with stunning sea views.

Outside

Outside, the infinity pool and pool terrace both benefit from the views, which you can enjoy from your sunbed. A pergola covered Turkish style kösk seating area provides shade from the midday sun. It is also perfect for enjoying the views at any time of the day. There is also a BBQ for al-fresco dining, and a further table and 6 chairs.  Palm Beach club, Zest and Villa Mahal are close by.
