Villa Aristos is a striking 6 bedroom villa situated in natural settings in Ulugol on the outskirts of the quaint town of Kalkan, and sits on a large 1200sq.mtr plot. The stunning, outside space has a spacious landscaped garden that wraps around one side of the villa. Its overlooking a plush green valley, and gives panoramic views of the unspoiled surrounding mountains. It also boasts sea views of Kaputas Beach with the Greek Island of Meis on the horizon.

To the front of the villa is a large private pool and sunbathing terrace with a generous shaded al-fresco dining area with built-in stone BBQ adjacent to the pool. The pool terrace is surrounded by olive, lemon and fig trees, with an organic vegetable and herb patch (guests are welcome to make use of the produce), creating an authentic Mediterranean ambience.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is a bright and airy open-plan living room and kitchen/diner, with large windows framing the terrace with mountain and garden views. The kitchen area is spacious and fitted with all modern appliances including an oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A large island sits in the centre of the kitchen with integrated breakfast bar to seat 12. The living room area has a large, comfortable corner sofa plus smart TV with Netflix (your own account is needed).  Full height sliding doors flood the room with light and allow easy access to the al-fresco dining area and pool. Two of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor, great for guests who have limited mobility, both bedrooms are double en suite; one has a garden view and the other has direct access to the pool and garden.

A laundry area with washing machine and ironing equipment is also on the ground floor and can be located under the stairs.

First Floor

The first floor is home to four more chic double en-suite bedrooms the master of which has a free-standing bath set against a large window with sea and mountain views.

Outside Villa Aristos

This is where the whole family will really enjoy themselves. The grounds of the villa are surrounded by a high stone wall and large gates that open onto the villa’s driveway that comfortably parks four cars. The large 12m x 4m pool, with walk-in steps is surrounded by 12 sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. Also around the terrace is a shaded area with comfortable seating, plus a large dining table and chairs to seat 12 people situated next to the stone-built BBQ. To the back is a large grassed area perfect for children to play and throughout the whole property beautiful mature fruit and olive trees, plants and shrubs
