Villa Beylice is located at the top of a steep road, just a 7-minute drive from the centre of Kalkan where guests can find a range of amenities, including supermarkets and a mosque. For those seeking a luxurious retreat with stunning sea views, Villa Beylice is the perfect destination. 

Ground Floor

As you approach the villa, a flight of steps leads you up to the ground floor where you’ll find an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The full height glazing allows for stunning panoramic sea views that will take your breath away. The lounge area is tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also a large flat-screen TV for guests to enjoy and a table tennis table for those who want to indulge in some friendly competition. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and toasted sandwich maker. A breakfast bar with four barstools is also available for casual meals, while a dining table for four is perfect for more formal dining occasions. There is also a sauna on this floor. 

First Floor

The first floor of Villa Beylice boasts two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and a shared sea view furnished balcony that runs the length of the facade. The double bedroom also features a magnificent double jacuzzi for guests to enjoy the stunning views while soaking and having fun.

Outdoors Villa Beylice

The outdoor area of Villa Beylice is equally impressive, with an inviting infinity pool that offers stunning views across Kalkan Bay and beyond. The pool measures 7 x 3.5 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres and ladder access. Guests can relax on one of the four sun loungers, swing, or dine alfresco at the dining table for four. A portable BBQ is also available for those who want to indulge in some outdoor cooking. The pool can be heated for no extra charge during the cooler months from 1st of October to 1st of May, ensuring that guests can enjoy a comfortable swim even in the cooler months. For added privacy, a screening curtain can be extended across the front of the pool.
